my stay at park plaza was fantastic! the staff at the front desk were super professional and friendly, making check-in a breeze. the gym was a nice surprise, well-equipped for a good workout. plus, it’s just a short walk to victoria tube station, which was really convenient for getting around.

The bathroom had zero ventilation, leaving me wiping down the mirror after each shower. That poorly designed shower door meant water escaped, creating a slip hazard—a real annoyance when you're trying to hurry. The light situation in the room was abysmal. super dim and hard to navigate without a torchlight at times. Came back to find my room not cleaned after a long day, which was frustrating. On top of that, the incessant marketing emails were overwhelming. I felt like I was being chased for feedback rather than enjoying my stay.
